What a great place to eat, our food was delicious. Alan our waiter was the best. Sitting at the bar and watching them cook and talk to them was amazing, in high back comfortable chairs.

After traveling for 10 hours from Massachusetts, this was right next to our hotel, the Hilton Embassy Suites. We didn't realize that 13 Coins was an all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner establishment. I'm a vegetarian, and there were plenty of choices... I ordered the cheeseburger made with an impossible patty. It was THE best I've ever had. It was basically two patties on an elongated bun with carmalized onions and cheese. It's just fantastic! We also ordered a Cesar salad and roasted artichoke hearts, which rounded out our meal nicely. The staff was very friendly and on the spot with service. We chose to sit at the bar, and we were glad we did. The hustle and bustle of everyone making and serving food was both interesting and entertaining, as was the banter between the staff. GO! If you found this review helpful, please let me know by giving it a thumbs up. Thanks!

We were staying at the ES, so it was super-convenient. When we saw those awesome bar chairs in front of the cooking station, we were in! Our server was great! I had a lovely Malbec and we started with two appetizers. Which was a mistake because they were so filling we had no room for dinner. And I really wanted to try the veal Marsala! But the fried artichokes were fabulous! And the steak bites were really good (but a little too seasoned for the Hubbs). The chefs were all entertaining and I learned some tips! A great meal.

We came here for dinner on a Tuesday evening and had a fantastic meal. Hubby ordered the Monte Cristo with a side of a maple syrup and I had the Chicken Piccata with a side of spaghettini and ordered the lobster mac & cheese to share. We sat at the counter and watched the chefs perform their magic. The food came out delicious, hot with generous portions. Everything was flavorful and prepared well. We ended our meal with a slice of carrot cake. We're always interested in carrot cake especially if there's pineapple and nuts in it. Pineapple was advertised as being included in the cake, but in this instance, the pineapple were two pieces served on the side. Hubby was very happy with the hefty sized Monte Cristo, as he was only able to eat half. I've been to 13 Coins several times over the years for lunch or breakfast at lunch and was never overly impressed as I was on this dinner visit. 13 Coins has won me over.

Came to 13 coins for new years for dessert. They were able to get us a table even though we were here for only their sweets. And oh man were they good. We had the carrot cake, cookie extreme, fried ice cream, chocolate mouse, chocolate decadence and the classic coins cheesecake. My favorite was the cookie extreme. A baked to order cookie served with chocolate fudge and whipped cream. Freshly baked cookie was so good. The other really good one was the fried ice cream. The hazelnut sauce and the caramelized bananas paired perfectly with the fried ice cream. Definitely recommend trying the desserts
